You are from FF County, right? Have you hiked in the Aspetuck Land Trust? I just hiked there for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Love it! Might be my favorite local place.0 -

It is actually in Easton. It is beautiful. I don't know where you are in Fairfield County, but both Indian Ledges and Old Mine Park in Trumbull are great. Also for a quick loop (1.75 miles), the Cascades in Fairfield is also nice.0 -

Yes. Dogs are allowed at all of the places I mentioned above. You might also want to check out Huntington State Park in Redding. For a shorter stroll, don't forget about Mianus River Park in Stamford. I think that one is only about a 2.6 mile loop. If you are hiking without your dog one of these days, be sure to check out Devil's Den Preserve in Weston.0 -

A summer meet up is set for Saturday July 14th 11:00am to 4:00PM (or whenever people wanna leave) @ wWadsworth Falls State Park. I guess there is beach/bbq area and hiking trails to the waterfalls. Any who check it out. Hope to see you there
