Biggest Loser Cardio Max

Hi guys, I bought the Biggest Loser Cardio workout DVD today, and I was wondering what I should log it under?

    Without ever doing the video it's hard to day. I have Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I just log it under aerobics.

    I am not sure because I have a HRM, but I can tell you when I do all three levels with warm up and cool down, I burn about 480-500 calories (using 5 lbs weights). We're not too far in difference of our weights, so yours would probably be close to that too.

    When I put in "aerobics" for 50 minutes on here, I got 458 calories burned, so that might be another option for you.

    Hi!
    I love this DVD! When I do it, I log it under aerobics - I never know if I should log it under general aerobics or high impact aerobics though.

    I use the aerobics section when I do it here. I do the 30 mins from the on demand on my cable channel.

    Before my heart rate monitor - I logged it as aerobics
    Now I have a custom exercise BL Cardio and I just enter the calories off my HRM
