It will sound crazy, but maybe you'll want to join me!

It involves eating any kind of wholesome, nutrition food I want as long as it is in moderation. I rarely touch takeaway foods so they are not generally part of my diet anyway :)

I can train hard, as often as I want, but within the realms of my ability. This gives me massive sense of achievement, the feel good factor and the "runners high" when I run :)

I can factor in rest days and sleep ins to help my body recover.

I can drink as much water as I want, whenever I want.

You know what? It's working. So far I have dropped the weight I put back on over the Christmas break. I feel amazing - alive in fact. I'm STILL losing weight but not cutting out the occasional chocolate or treat.

I know my stress levels have dropped, my blood pressure must be lower, my body fat percentage is dropping and my body is well hydrated ready to tackle the next challenge.

Believe it or not, I'm even thinking I may be able to keep this up for the rest of my life.

I'm down! I'll give it a try! But, does it come in a pill form? I mean, all that healthy eating and exercise, I'm just not sure...

I kinda do this, but also eat things like ice cream, candy and cookies in moderation. Since New Year's (where I was up by 7 since Christmas) I'm now down that 7.
