I NEED TO LOSE 60 POUNDS... I'M 45 YEARS OLD AND DEFINTELY NEED HELP!!! THAT INSANITY VIDEO IS HARD TO KEEP UP WITH SO I JUST WALK IN PLACE WHEN I CAN'T DO THE JUMPING ETC.. BUT IT FEELS GOOD TO TRY!!!:) GOODLUCK TO ALL OF US AND A WONDERFUL NEW YEAR!!!

    Wow, Kudos to you for pushing yourself to do the Insanity workouts. They are the most cardio-insane workouts on the market today...at least, that is how I feel. I've been working out as far back as I can remember and Insanity is one I love to hate.

    I stopped working out for a good four months or so, and when I tried to get back into it again, I thought I'd try Insanity again. I found very quickly that I burned myself out because it's not for the faint of heart and I lose motivation quickly if I can't keep up.

    Here's to motivating you to keep it going, but never feel regret if you're just starting out and finding it difficult to finish. Those workouts are meant for people who have already built their stamina up and have a motivational mind like a tyrant. :laugh:

  • Wow you ARE motivated...that Insanity workout is intense! I started yesterday with the whole program and have only
    gotten my behind to walk a mile with dog. Although at this rate the dang dog will have me at 2 mi before long!!
