Why?
Why? We all have reasons why we do the things we do. Whenever we take on a mission, we have a personal reason why we have taken it on. Whether it’s cleaning the house, completing a degree, building a business, or getting fit, our “why” has to be important enough to us that it keeps us going even when times get tough. There will be times when we feel tired, or insecure, or the distractions of life get in the way. We may occasionally have second thoughts and wonder if the hard work and sacrifice is really worth it. Resist the temptation to make excuses. Instead, reflect on your “why”. Remember the feelings you had when you started and why you took on the mission. Stay motivated and keep moving forward towards the goal.

Thanks for the motivation, just what I needed this morning....
My "why" is that I was bordering on depression, if not already there. Hiding behind my humor so no one would know. Cry myself to sleep. I am half way there, and now I use my humor because I LIKE to laugh again.0 -

I am amazed at how much getting fit has helped my emotional and mental attitude as well. Thanks for sharing.0 -
i was gross looking and i want to break the cycle in my family of fatties and fad dieters. I have a cousin that lost almost 80 pounds by doing it the "hard way" and she inspired me.0

Too stop feeling like crap, I looked & felt terrible & it was just getting worse over the last 10yrs. The final straw was when I started questioning how my hubby felt about me, I still do but I am getting better.
I want my prebaby body back for the both of us.0 -
