My name is Jessica and I am very excited about this site. I really think it is going to help. I am hoping to lose around 50 lbs at 1lb a week. I am going to set mini goals. What are some rewards that you think would be good when you set those goals? Also do you have any tips on staying motivated? Thanks to all, I'm very excited yet nervous to start this journey.

    A good reward would be some new workout clothes! Don't be nervous you can do it, just remember its a lifestyle change, you are are going to feel so much better about yourself! GOOD LUCK! :happy:

    Glad to see you chose this site! It's the best and has the most supportive ppl! :happy:
    Keep mini goals and when you hit them it'll feel absolutely fantastic! Be sure not to weigh yourself every day, that'll just lead to disappointment. Stick with weighing yourself at least once or twice a week...or even monthly. Start measuring yourself and watch the inches melt away!
