going there for dinner tonight. anyone have any ideas on what a tasty healthy dish might be? i'm vegetarian, by the way.

    Have you looked on their website? They may have a nutrition facts section. :smile:

    they have a good Pad Thai, but its not like they got Asian people working up in there. When I want good noodles, I go find a vietnamese owned restaraunt. That and most of their (Noodles & Company) dishes sodium levels are thru the roof. So beware.

    You never know...there are a lot of restaurants that don't post nutrition facts on their websites. That can be very frustrating when trying to eat healthy!

    I believe that they have an option where you can get a small serving of pasta and a side salad or soup. I've only been there once but I remember that this option helped me from overdosing on carbs.
