cool whip/pudding cupcake frosting?

Does anyone have a recipe for a cool whip/pudding cupcake frosting.. Something I can make super low cal to put on a soda cupcake?

    I just learned about this recipe: Mix cool whip with any flavor pudding mix and add 1tsp vanilla. At Christmas, I used 16 oz cool whip and a full small box of pudding mix. The woman that gave this to me said the FF/SF pudding mix didn't work the same. I didn't try it but I can't imagine it would be all that different. She is famous around town for her whoopie pies so she is kinda picky. Good Luck!

    I Have made this with SF pudding and it turned
    out ok. I also mixed in a can of crushed
    pineapple drained. Just let it sit for a couple
    of minutes to firm up.
