Increase Run Time

I have made it a goal for myself to be able to increase my 2 mile run/walk time from 19 minutes to full on run for 15 minutes.
I can make it around a mile .25 running (a little over two minute), and then walk a lap before heading right back into another .25 mile run. Over time, I would like to make it so I am just running - And I don't feel so breathless that I have to walk.
Does anyone know any running plans online that would work? Or any plans they used on their own?

couch to 5k training plan by cool runnings. google it. it helps you run 5k (3 miles) in 9 weeks. I now run 3 miles + regularly *beware* the longer you run, the more cals you burn, the more you need to eat. make sure you eat those cals back HEALTHILY. I learned the hard way staying at the same weight for over a month while busting my *kitten* on the pavement daily. good luck to ya!0

Am I reading this right in that you run .25 of a mile in 2 minutes, and that if you were able to run the full mile at once you'd be doing an 8 minute mile?
If so, my suggestion is to slow it down a bit. If you bring the speed down it will be infinitely easier to run a further distance, and then once you are running the distance you want, then start working on speed.0 -
try something like the couch to 5k progam....its designed to start with about 1 min running and a couple walking and then gradually moves up so you can run a whole 5 k
there is also a couch to 10k program as well, which is the one I am doing now.0 -

Slow it down advice is perfect. You should be able to still breath and talk while running, if you're working on endurance. I am a very slow runner, but was able to finish the C25K program by going extremely slow. Now while working on speed I do run/walk with quicker intervals, but usually at a 2 minute run to 1 minute walk.0
