Well im not very well. :grumble: Yesterday i suddenly went deaf in my left ear, my right ear i have been totally deaf since childhood. Went to the docs and it turns out that i have an ear canal infection. The ear canal is so swollen they can't even see my eardrum, the drops the doc gave me wont go in either!!!!! So i cannot hear anthing but mumbles. It is like a silent world. And to top it off im due to be flying out to Cyprus to see my brother on Sunday and im terrified that my ears will hurt more when im on the plane.
Sorry about the grumble just feel so down!

Oh my gosh that is horrible! I feel so bad for you, I hope that your ear clears up and you can hear once again clearly from it. That must be so difficult, I can't even imagine. I hope that your ear is ok on the plane too.

I'm so sorry to hear that! :ohwell:
I had a lot of ear infections when I was little and I ended up having to get tubes in my ears. I still to this day have trouble flying...it always hurts my ears. I take a whole pack of gum and chew it while I'm flying lol I'm not sure if it'll help you bc we have different problems, but you could try it!
I hope you feel better soon! Hopefully spending time with your brother will cheer you up!

Take some sudafed before going on the plane. It keeps the ears balanced. As for cheering up ... this might help:

Wow, Cyprus, that sounds soooo cool! You'll be fine, don't worry about it. Keep trying on those drops from the doc and maybe ask them about the flight - the should know what you should do, to release the pressure. But seriously, just think how lovely Cyprus will be. You'll have to update us, you know, when you get back ;). Have a lovely time with your brother :flowerforyou: .
