I just signed up for this site tonight. I need all the motivation I can get! Wanting to lose 50lbs.

Just start tracking what you eat the rest will come. For me progress not perfection works. You are not going to change over night these are habits you are building. Be gentle to yourself and don't beat yourself to death if you aren't perfect. Track everything even if you think it bad. A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step! I was on WW for 3 years and lost 80 pounds and this appears similar. I don't have many friends on here so if you want to be a partner with me add me, I know lots of tricks for food.0

Hi, I have been on here since Nov. 13th. I have lost 28 lbs. and learned a lot from this sight!!! It is a great tool to losing weight. I have around 55-59lbs to go yet. Feel free to add me if you want some support!! The more the merrier!!!0
