I started dieting in September. I did the 17 day diet.. my starting weight was 212. Right now I about around 178. I feel great.

    The 17 day diet is a diet that consists of 3 17 day cycles. Each of the different cycles has a list of food that you eat from and then you do that for 17 days then go on to the next cycle. I am a hair stylist and one of my clients was on the diet and had amazing results. After work that day when I did her hair I ran to the store to buy the book and started the next week!
