    Not only do I go into depression, I get real crabby and hungry. And if you don't believe me well just ************************* Errr got to get to the club, got to go now.

    In the UK they recommend regular exercise (preferably in the fresh air) and a healthy diet for treatment of depression instead of, or along side, antidepressants. Personally, speaking as someone with chronic depression, exercise is essential. I haven't been able to exercise as much recently and my mood dropped and all I wanted to do was eat carbs and sleep!
