1200 calories seem too low to anyone?

Mine is set to 1200... some days I am above, others I am below, but I average out to about 1200/day over the course of a week or so... hasn't been difficult for me at all, and I am losing *shrugs*0

I talked to a personal trainer at the gym that I go to and he also said that 1200 calories was fine. I do go over my calories sometimes.0

It's because they want you to exercise.... add exercise and they will give you a higher daily goal, depending on how much calories you burn during your workout.0

Don't forget that most people underestimate their calories too. Unless you weigh every single thing you eat there's a very good chance you're taking in some unexpected calories. I usually aim for 1250-1350 knowing that I'm really ending up between 1400-1500 with those extra calories. Erring on the low side of calories allows you a bit of wiggle room!0
