It can't be bad, right? Today they are: A- 539%, and C-320%. Now if I could get my iron and calcium higher...

I'm not worried, so much as I am curious. I don't want to only count calories but not worry about the content of them. I'd rather they be quality. I don't seem to have a problem with A&C, but my calcium and iron are always low.
  • If you want to up your calcium and iron, eat more leafy greens like spinach. :D

I know what you mean, I often have sweet potato and that sends my vitamin A through the roof!

Red meat, leafy greens (which should be a big part of a healthy diet) and some more dairy will help you up your iron and calcium.

Vitamin C is water-soluble. No worries there, you'll just pee-out any extra that you don't need. Or you'll break it down. I can't remember exactly what your body does with it, but extra won't hurt at all.

Vitamin A can be a problem, but you're not likely to hit toxic levels with just food (unless you eat polar bear liver). If you over-do the supplements, then yes, you could get some toxicity.

Thank you :) Thank all of you! My leafy green intake is actually pretty high, but I haven't been eating much dairy or red meat.
