Bree's Garden Turkey Burker

(catchy ;P)

Makes 4-5 burgers

You'll need a large skillet coat the bottom in EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

1 lb ground turkey
1-2 cups finely chopped bell pepper (your choice on color green is my favorite)
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
3/4 cup of shredded Swiss
3 tbs Fat Free Italian Dressing
Seasoning to your liking
After washing your hands THOUROUGLY blend all ingredients in a large bowl making sure the mixture has a crunch in every bite.

Form the turkey into bun sized patties, set aside.

WASH YO' HANDS AGAIN HERE!

Heat your skillet up to medium high heat, place the burgers in the pan and cover until the bottoms are browned, flip. Cook thouroughly. ENJOY!
