starting tony's 10 minute trainer...anyone else?

tried p90x.......waaaaaaaaaaaaay too intense for this gal!
ordered the 10 minute trainer and starting on monday ~
(isn't it always that way???)
need to stick with this lifestyle change this time around.......
have been on the diet yo-yo for tooooooo many years.
have to take care of myself and my needs first and foremost,
and then the family!!!

  • I started my 10 minute trainer last night! I also tried the P90x for a week but it was too much too juggle with work and my daugher. We didn't get to have dinner until 7 or 8 at night and I felt bad about that. This will work out much better! Can't wait!!!

    Let me know how you're doing! You should also check out Dr Ted Broer sometime. He is a dietrician so has a great program on how to eat!

    Bought it a long time ago and again, tried to start it on Monday.
    I really like it so far and like the idea of adding additional 10 minute segments.

    How are you doing so far?
