Trying to get leaner...how much carbs?

Hey,
I'm currently trying to increase my weight training routine/weight lifted in order to become leaner.
I have increased my protein intake to approx 120g+ per day, but i'm not quite sure how many grams of carbs i should be consuming. Do i go low carb high portein? My MFP deficit is currently set at 500calories (i'm consuming 1360 cals per day plus exercise cals. I'm approx 5ft, 120lbs
Any suggestions?

140 carbs= 560kcal
40 fats= 360kcal
Total= kcal 1400 kcal

I think that's nearly what i'm doing kind of. I'm prob higher on protein than that and slightly lesser on carbs at the mo.0 -
It really depends on your body. For me, i need around 200g or i bonk during my workouts. The biggest thing is having a very small caloric deficit or eat at maintenance as well as lifting heavy.0
