Hi All!

This is my first post, though I joined a few months ago, my sister has also joined which finally gave me the push to get involved.

I'm 34 and currently on mat leave, returning to work in April.

I had gestational diabetes and know that I need to do SOMETHING to get my weight/exercise on track so that I don't end up with it again or for life.

I've tried other "lifestyle changes" and nothing seemed to stick so I'm really hoping that watching my calories will do it. I know I'll need to be more disciplined in actually inputting all my meals but maybe now I can put that food scale to good use :)

Looking forward to being more active online here and offline with exercise!

    I'm the same as you in the sense I have tried so many different things and I can't seem to stick to it. It annoys me so much. Maybe we could help each other?
