I would like to replace fast food breakfast with Special K and low fat milk or oatmeal with low fat milk. I always eat 2 cups of cereal because one doesnt fill me up. Is it okay to eat a higher amount of calories in cereal than a lower amount in, say, a DD egg white flatbread?

Id say yes because you'd be much lower on sodium eating cereal over anything DD has lol
  • I can't eat just one bowl either, but it was easier to do that when I make sure to drink at least a liter of water prior to eating anything at breakfast. I found Kashi Go Lean and eat it like popcorn, without milk, I think I just want to CHEW so the crunch is what I crave.

I just have a meal replacement shake for breakfast. Stops my cravings and I don't need coffee either

Is it okay to eat cereal or oatmeal daily? I dont use any added sugar and low fat milk. And of course, good cereals, not chocolate and peanut butter and marshmallow lol. I like the healthy cereals better anyway!

It's ok to eat oatmeal everyday. Its one of the best meals out there as far as feral wise. With special k cearels I wouldn't eat it all te time cuz of the fact that I get sick of it and it never helped me with losing weight. Plain oatmeal u can eat everyday cuz bob from biggest loser does. And for my workouts from beachbody they let you eat oatmeal with a piece of fruit.

Replacing Fast Food with Junk Cereal isn't good food.

Making your own eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and toast if you must is so much better for you. And organic, Whole milk is much better than low fat milk.
