Hello everyone! I am thinking about starting 30 Day Shred again to kick start my excercising. I have done it and completed it once all the way through but know with my current schedule and physical state I probably wont be able to commit to each and every day. So I have come up with a game plan.
I am going to do 30 DS on M, W & F and do other excercises/rest on tues & thursday. This way at least I dont feel pressured to do it every day and end up setting my self up for failure.
So with that being said I could use any support anyones willing to give, and even better if anyone wants to join in on the fun PLEASE do! Make sure to add me as a friend so I can help you & me be accountable.

I like that plan! I think I am going to start 30 DS and do it MWF, and do the C25K on the other days... i really need to get back to the swing of things...so we can do this together!0

I know...i feel like everyday would kick my *kitten* so im going to start off every other. Ive done it before and its great! Dont forget to take your measurements before and after and throw the scale out the window. Wont count while your doing 30 DS. Inches over Pounds!0

Well done getting back to it!! I just finished my second round of it ( we did it together back in the summer!) although youd never know it after my christmas gluttony!
IM starting Ripped in 30 this evening, feel like I need a good change, to keep it interesting!! So ill be here, doing her dvd so im always here for you!!!

I started at it again last week. I've never completed the whole thing yet so I hope this is the time! My plan is to do it MWF as well with my 10k training on T and Th. I already screwed it up last week and missed a day of 30DS but did my two killer 3 mile runs so I guess it's ok.0
