Another Spaghetti Squash question

If I cook a full medium sized spaghetti squash, how many servings will it give me? Never cooked one before and I want to substitue this for pasta spaghetti for tomorrow nights dinner so I want to make sure I have enough for three people?

    Depending on the size of the squash. I made one and only used half a squash for 2 people. Although, since I didn't like it I didnt eat a lot. Good luck.

    I made a medium sized last night......it fed me and my husband, plus enough for some leftovers (2 small lunch servings) so I would say it should feed 3 people with no problem!
