How do you log your 30 day shred in your exercise

I put it under weight lifting because I used kittle bells.0

I'm just starting it today but I plan on wearing my HRM and just logging it under cardio. Good luck!0

I put mine under Circuit Training for 20mins.0

If you dont have a HRM like me you should log it as Circuit Training General however be warned I have been told by ppl who have a HRM that MFP over estimates the calories a bit but no matter 30ds is an amazing workout!! Good luck0

Circuit Training, level 1 is approximately 200 calories burned in 20 minutes for most people, not the 550+ that MFP says if you plug in 20 mins of CT. As a rule of thumb I always divide MFP calories burned in half since I dont have a HRM, better to be under and work harder than think you're over but not actually be over.0

I use my HRT and it averages to about 175 cal for 20 minutes.0
