Hey everyone here is a new picture of me, I am down 104 pounds and feeling proud of myself. My kids are also proud. Hope everyone can see it I know it is a far shot...But hey when you want a full body shot you gotta do what you gotta do...

    Oh my goodness!!!! You've lost 104 lbs.???? That is incredible.
    It really gives me a boost to meet people like you- I have 141 lbs. to lose and it''s rather intimidating.

    thanks everyone, it not with great stride I have done this, I am very strick, I think my friends even call me over board. I weigh ever morsel of food that goes into my mouth. Thats the biggest thing I think, also I usuallly get all 8 if not more glasses of water in. I would say in a month there is only 2 days I dont get my water in.
