Staying on track

Options
Anyone have any ideas for excercise at work. Only get a 30 minute lunch and sit all day. Have to get in the calories early so after preparing my lunch it only leaves me about 15 minutes to eat.

    You can "google" desk exercise. There are plenty of sites which tell you how to exercise in your chair. Good Luck!
