I am 5'11 and my goal is 180. I will reassess then and maybe try 160 if the doctors agree. I have health issues and I am under doctor care.0

5'7 and 158 lbs. I do a lot of weight training so my lean body mass (measured at the gym) is 120 lbs by itself so that make me 24% body fat which I reckon is pretty healthy.0
