    im 23 and trying to lose 20 at first then 20 more! i know its hard esp when were young and friends go out and drink all the time.. im def having a tough time just sticking to a healthy lifestyle but i reallly want to change and lose the weight !
  • hey! i'll soon be 24 and im looking to lose atleast 25 pounds. I have done it before a year ago and now that im working on my masters and in class all day I have gained it back so now i need to lose it again and keep it off!! feel free to add me! good luck!

    Im in the same boat- around 20-25 pounds- lets get something going where we can check in with each other with our goals

    I saw this on another post.. i think its a great idea she made a chart to keep track of everyones progress and goals
