how tall are you and what is your target weight?

5 ft 1 1/2 in and I currently weight 126lbs. my target weight is 115. I just had a baby and lost the baby weight, mostly i am wanting to tone up and just be over all more healthy. good luck to all!

I am 5'2 and want to be 130-135. Current weight is 156.

5 foot 0.
I started at 195 lbs, I am currently 147 lbs .. Aiming for 115-120 lbs.

I'm 5'5".
My starting weight is 140lbs.
My goal weight is 125lbs.

6 foot 4 looking for 14 - 15 stone, or around about 195lbs!
