I'm 5'4". Start weight was about 145, currently weight 128. Technically I'm already at a healthy weight, but I have a smaller frame, so it looks heavier on me. I'm aiming for 120 right now, with the intention of also lowering my body fat percentage to about 20%. I wouldn't go lower than 115, since that's the lowest healthy weight for my height and build. I doubt I'll need to go below 120 though.0
