Snack time?

Just out of curiousity, I'd like to know what other people are eating between meals? I'm looking for a little variety.
My favorites have been:
Fiber One Cereal (I pour a cup each day & keep it on my desk to snack on)
Popcorn (Pop a bowl each night & leave it on the counter)
Fruits & Veges (kinda getting bored with these)
Almonds

Snacks - I love snacks.
How about a hard boiled egg and peanuts/almonds?
Or my favorite is celery sticks with peanut butter.
Have you tried the cheese bites with crackers - yum.
I always try and pack snacks the night before so as I am running out the door in the morning, I just grab a few zip lock baggies and I am good to go for the day.0 -
How about a whole wheat english muffin with cream cheese or cheese whiz, toasted. MMMMMM!0

i put this up in "need a filler" too
i've found the vegetable beef soup at hand is an excellent filler and has only 60 calories 1g fat... the chicken and stars has 70 and 2g and the chicken & mini noodles has 80 and 2g. I love these because they transport easily -- i take 'em to the garage and work on my projects.
oooo wasa crackers and laughing cow cheese are great too and under 100 cal
try them out0 -
My new thing right now is frozen mixed berries. Yes, you read right, frozen mixed berries.
Because they are frozen, it takes me longer to eat them and I tend to be satisfied.
I'm loving the blueberries and raspberries, they are so sweet. I haven't been as lucky with the blackberries yet but I'm enjoying them anyway. :happy:0 -
Jalapeno sourdough bread with artichoke and garlic hummus
Talk about major flavor!!!0 -
Nectarines, apples, grapes, and baby cut carrots.
I found that carrots and grapes are a huge appetite suppressant for me.0 -
Apiece of fruit - usually an orange or an apple. Sometimes I add a tBL of peanut butter to the apple or sprinkle it with cinnamon.0
-
string cheese, low carb yogurt, whole grain cereal, peanut butter crackers....
nuts, no sugar added dried fruit0 -
Almond butter/apple
Rye Krisp crackers with laughing cow light cheese
Grapes
Light String Cheese
Almonds
Bananas
Baby Carrots or Snap Peas with fat free dip
Orange
Baked Wheat Thins
Baked Pita chips with low fat hummus (hummus also very good with the baby carrots)
Baked Tortilla chips with fresh Salsa
High Protein Cereal Bar
I'm sure there's lots more but I can't think of them right now0 -
I love Skinny cow-ice cream sandwichs, and Skinny-cow fudge sickles.
Ice cream sandwich- 140 calories- 97% fat free
Fudge sickles are 50 calories each!
Great for the night time sweet tooth!0 -
Thanks everybody for some great ideas! :flowerforyou:0

I like All Bran garlic and herb crackers with sundried tomato and basil hommus. 1 serving of each adds up to 180 calories. Also a big fan of pudding..lol0

I'm digging pretzel rods. 3 of them for like 110 cals, and they seem to fill me up, especially with a glass of water!0
