i had lapband surgery 5 days ago. i am 72 years old and did this to have a healthier life. i will weight in on 2 weeks from the surgery

    I'm looking forward to hearing more from you about how it's going following your surgery. This site shoul be great at helping you keep on track with your eating.

    It has been 1 month now and I weighed in at 254 down from 276. I am so happy. I will get my band tightened on July 2. This called a fill, Hope to be able to continue to loose at least 2 pounds a week.
