I started my journey last yr on Jan 3rd,the first time i stepped on the scale i read 242,i was so scared and disgusted with myself.I was so embarrassed even just to tell my husband how much i weighed.I told myself enough is enough and decided it was time for change..In April is when i found MFP,i didn't know much about counting calories,but i knew i was doing something right..I've been losing slowly,but losing,lol,so im happy with that,i have 29 more lbs to get to my goal weight,and im so ready to be there..I have came a long way,and its been hard for sure but every min is worth it..So i know if i can do it,you can too!!!

    Great Job.... What an accomplishment! I'm so excited to someday get to my goal weight. I figure if I keep on track with all of my MFP friends help I will do just fine. I have also told my friends and family my goal so they are helping by keeping me accountable! Once again Way to go!!!! Keep it up.
