th first pic is about a month or so in to my fitness pal the 2nd picture was yesterday,i didnt realise how much i had lost till i saw this so pleased with myself.

    u will just have to copy and paste link i dont know how to do it any other way

    Most of the time if you put [ img ] before the link it should work (and don't forget to put [ /img ] at the end of the link). Photobucket has links you can use...all you have to do is copy/paste them from Photobucket.
