Easy Hummus by Sia Bevis

Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained, liquid reserved
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions

In a blender or food processor combine garbanzo beans, garlic, cumin, salt and olive oil. Blend on low speed, gradually adding reserved bean liquid, until desired consistency is achieved.

    i was wondering this myself. i tried googling it, but i got some "Girl will play when he husband is overseas...." and "Pumpkin Pancaked" not sure, but i didn't click, it sounded kinda x rated.

    I thought Sia Bevis was the OP.

    I wonder if this would work with a potato masher. Helen hasn't taken down her blender in a LONG time....

    Where's the tahini? You can't have hummus without tahini...

    Also those canned beans have a butt ton of sodium... you'd be better off using dried beans.
