Today I hit a major milestone! I hit 50 lb lost! I have no idea how to post pics, so I am trying it this way. I hope it works.
Wow! I got it to work. Had to fix the size. Bear with me.

Thank you everyone!!!
For those that want to know how I've done it:
*I go to Weight watchers meetings. I have NEVER missed one, even if i know the scale isn't going to make me happy.
*I try to eat 1800 calories, happy with 1600-2000 (if I am exercising). With the points I was eating more calories, didn't loose as fast.
*In July I began training in Olympic Taekwondo. I am training with my 6 year old son, and we are green w/blue stripe belts. I love it and have noticed serious gains in flexibility and focus!
*When I was in the gym, i lost more & more consistently! It really is a key! I quit going in June and saw a big drop off to the weekly loss.
*TRACK YOUR FOOD! I admit I hate to track, but I have really made a commitment to track better this year. If I was a better tracker and stuck to the gym, I'd probably be down 65-75!
Thanks again!0
