Trying to get back on the bandwagon

Hello,
I'm relatively new to MFP and I am attempting to get back to a healthy lifestyle....I have just fallen off the bandwagon for a majority of this year and I am paying for it. Looking to add a few friends along the way.
Also, I am in need of a running buddy through the winter (yes, outside...in Columbus, OH). My goal is to run in either the Flying Pig, or Cap City Half this spring and maybe a couple other in the winter. Anyone interested?...if not in running/jogging, you can still add me.

I too have gotten away from a healthy lifestyle this year. After a toe injury a year ago, I was running 30+ miles a week, I got way off track & am paying for it now. 2 miles is a struggle now. Ugh! Good luck finding a running buddy. I'm in Colorado or I'd be in.0

If you are ever in the region for a race (or vice versa), I'll run with you. Hope you get on track as well as I plan to...keep on it...I am starting 2 miles per training day as well. I will kick it up in a couple weeks in a real training plan but I am building my base miles now so I am more prepared later. Good luck on your training.0

Are you really running outside in Columbus through the winter?! I'm going to attempt the Cap City Half in May as well... but until it gets warm I'll probably be inside. I hope your training has gone well thus far!0
