WEIGHTS make you toned. Only thing on those I saw that will help are lunges.0

Do you even read the threads you create? You do not have clear enough goals to even suggest a workout. Jumping Jacks are cardio. Yes cardio can aid in muscle development, however using a worthwhile resistance (typically weights) is what creates muscular development. And no you won't get "bulky" because I'm sure you have that in the back of your mind.0

Get some cheap dumbbells at a yard sale or a second-hand store or decide to do calisthenics, and take a look at http://scoobysworkshop.com/.
It has a "women's beginning dumbbell workout," but the "men's workouts" section doesn't have anything women can't do. The beginning one is mostly bodyweight stuff, though you'll need to find something to do pull-ups on. Go to the park perhaps?0 -

I was wrong, you'll need some dumbbells for the lunges because 8 bodyweight lunges isn't going to going to make you much stronger.

You have old gallon jugs-orange juice, milk, water? Fill those up with water and you have weights:-)0
