My mom recently lost more than 100 lbs, and is my inspiration for getting healthy! I'm posting her success pics here, with her permission :)

She made the decision to change her life when she was 60 years old, so I figure if she can do it, I can do it!
(And yes, that is the same little boy in both pics, my nephew, he's so big now!)

    She has done an awesome job! Must feel sooooo much better and her life must be so much more pleasant! She is a very beautiful lady!! She is proof that age has nothing to do with getting healthy!!! I wish you to have the same success as she has. Like mother like daughter???:wink:
