In need of a trainer...or someone to help me ahhh!

Hey everyone! So I love to exercise but I want to get the MOST out of my workouts. I want that sexy body but I don't want to put the effort in if I'm doing it all wrong ya know? I do 15 minutes of cardio (I know the recommended time is 30 but I burn 157cal in 15) Then I do 35 minutes of strength then 10 to stretch before and after and I usually burn around 240 calories. I'd like someone to maybe just set me up with something I could go by. I'm mainly focusing on my abs, inner thighs, and my back (back roll problems). Thanks to anyone who responds!

P.S. I heard that you should do cardio after strength instead of the other way around...whats your opinion?

    You can't spot reduce.

Now that that's out of the way. The best strength exercises to do are compound lifts (i.e. multiple joints are being moved at one time). If you're one of the brave women who aren't afraid of barbells, try Starting Strength or Stronglifts 5x5. Scoobysworkshop.com is also another good resource.

As to your other question, I've always done weights before cardio just because cardio doesn't require as much attention to form, and I can just go all out with it then without having to worry about having enough energy to lift.

It is smart to do cardio after weights because you need to have the energy to focus on form so you don't hurt yourself while lifting. I have started following a program Jamie Eason put together for Bodybuilding.com (she is a fitness model):
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jamie-easons-livefit-phase-1.html

She states on the website that the workout will take an hour to complete depending on gym traffic but it usually only takes me around 30 minutes (the student rec center I go to is pretty dead when I go - 6am, students don't get up that early!!). I have added cardio to phase 1 although she doesn't include it. I am following the C25K program for the second time, increasing my speeds for each interval.

You might want to check Amazon.com for the New Rules of Lifting for Women more commonly referred to as NROL4W around here. I have seen good results from some of my friends here.

You should do strength training before cardio. It's an oversimplified explanation, but strength training needs carbs, and cardio can happen on carbs or fat. Since you won't burn fat until you run out of available carbs, you should do the strength training when they are available.

Kettlebell swings are a great exercise for working your gluts, abs, and back. Kettlebells can be expensive to start with, but you can make a homemade "Hungarian core blaster" for around $15, which can perform the same exercise. It's not sport reduction (which is not possible), but it will work the areas you mentioned.
