Starting my first day of Insanity today...

Not sure how I'm going to live through this!

    It is intense. Shaun is incredible and very motivating. He will keep you moving - that's for sure. Good luck.

    It has 2 phases. I did phase 1 twice before going to phase 2 and I do not regret it.

    You'll get through it! The first week and half are pretty brutal, but halfway through the second week, I felt like I could actually complete the program.......... Until the second month started that is ;-) But seriously, its all a mind-game. Do what you can, push yourself, and take a break if you need it.

    Stick with it- you'll be so happy you did at the end!

  • Thanks a ton, guys!! I did the fitness test...my numbers were comparable to that of the "demonstrators." Although I've done Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred (2x) and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism...she's easier, but when you're 50 lbs heavier, nothing is easy, haha. Can't wait to really get into it and see the results.

    For anyone who has stuck with it, were you happy with your results? I have about 10 lbs of stomach fat and 10 lbs of miscellaneous fat to lose. I have a lot of muscle tone under that protective layer (hehe), so I'm using Insanity to finally reveal it. I'm also following as closely as possible to the diet plan, since it lists a number of things that I already enjoy eating on daily basis. Let me know!! If you have before/after photos, that'd be so motivational too!

    I did the fit test today and I am gonna get my butt kicked doing this but if I get a stomach like I want out of it, I am going to stick with it! And if it kills me, at least I am getting killed being healthy!!

  • I am in week 2 and lost 15 lbs this is round two for me though I didt 5 weeks and lost 35 lbs, just do what you can do. I recently became a beach body coach to spread the best workouts and healthiest meal of the day!

  • Well, one week is complete. It's one heck of a workout, I'll tell you that!! I am already noticing more ab definition (I still have a good 7 lbs to lose from my stomach to be able to reveal the abs), and my bum is perkier!!

    On to week two!

    You can do it I've already done it once and got the best results I am starting the program again today hoping to get the same results and to tone up too I really love insanity though it is hard just push through :)
