any treatmill challenges?

Im looking for a challenge so i can use my treadmill i have at home. If anyone knows any challenge group ect please let me know. thx

    mmm treatmill...sounds yum!!! I know what u mean and I would also love to join a challenge on the treaddy. can't wait to read yr replies :)

    6 sets of 2 minute intervals at 80% your HRM or at a speed you find challanging, recovery 2 minutes walking at around 6KM/H or 4MPH. If you complete the following week you up the intensity of the interval by 0.5MPH. Is this the kind of thing you are thinking of?? Do this for a month and chart it see how the weight drops off and how quickly you adapt to the race pace!! HIIT!! at its best

    yes this sounds great! love HIIT. have been doin 8 sets of 16km for 20 secs the 10 secs off, a change would b great :) talk in a month.

    we should start one thats sound good but go easy on me im new at treatmill challenges lol My treadmill is a stanard its not like the gyms i have to walk so it can move. I would like to geta better one but for now this is it.

    Potentially interested. Used to be into running and volunteered (over too many beers) to join a group in the next couple of months, so I need to get myself in gear. I've a basic treadmill in the house so could use it to get up to speed while its still too cold to go outside.
