is slim in 6 significantly easier than p90x??
is it a lot of high impact jumping? lots and lots of lunges and squats like the JM stuff?
what do you think of the program??
what did you mean (people on slim in 6 thread) by doing workouts more than once a day?
can someone give me a rundown of the program and more details of the exercises?
and cost??
thank you all so much! :flowerforyou:

is it a lot of high impact jumping? no, you can modify any of the exercises
lots and lots of lunges and squats like the JM stuff? yes lunges and squats give you a nice bum. dont be afraid...I was but after a few days you get used to them and get some awesome strength in your legs
what do you think of the program?? I love it. I did it a few years back and had good results. I am starting it up again next week hopefully
what did you mean (people on slim in 6 thread) by doing workouts more than once a day? I rev it up does 2 workouts a day. a light one in the morning, and heavier one at night ( I think)

I am doing P90X and my wife and daughter are doing Slim in 6. My daughter has done a few of the P90X workouts and says that the full workout in Slim in 6 is just as demanding as the cardio routines in P90X - she is very athletic too so probably a good measure! However I think that P90X is much more demanding overall given the various workouts and the high intesity of the strength training aspect.
At the end of the day both require a real commitment and you need to make sure you hit play every single day without cheating! If you can do that, you can probably do either P90X or Slim in 6 and get great results!!0 -
