Hi all,
About time I introduced myself after 8 days on MFP. I joined up as I've hit my heaviest weight ever and something must be DONE! I want to lose about 3 1/2 stone in whatever time (but a year would be great) to hit the weight I was when I started the job I'm in now, 4 years ago. I get a lot of free food here and sit on my bum all day in front of a screen so its not very 'active' and no wonder I've piled it on.
This site so far is brilliant - counting everything is making me aware of what I'm eating and making sure I stick to a set goal also, not undereating in desperation. Exercise is knackering but I'm sticking with it.
I have a couple of friends on here too who are doing brilliantly also

wow i can deffinitely relate to your situation! i gained 50lbs in 4 years bc i sit at a desk 10 hours a day. I would
to lose those 50lbs and weigh what i did when i started my job and i'm doing well but just need to stick with it and increase the excercise. As for your chip cravings i suggest Kellogg's Special K - Cracker Chips Sour Cream & Onion flavor. Not sure if you have access to them but they taste like chips and are so much healthier for you. keep up the good work!
