HI I am new and looking for new friends this helps hold me accountable... I am 33 and my highest weight was 396.4 I will never ever ever forget that number... I am down almost 84 pounds and still have a loooong way to go.... soooooo if any one looking for an accountability buddy a good friend or a good listener add me :) Best wishes to everyone!
