No worries. Just walk and check out the hotels. Every hotel has a different theme. So do not just stay in your hotel. get out, day or night and walk around.
Your legs will be tired if your walking around, wear comfortable shoes
Fremont Street I agree is a must. It is in Downtown and near some famous hotels. But it is a neat show, and free!0 -
Go see the flower gardens at Bellagio (free), Freemont STreet experince (free) if you go to Freemont there's this great restuarant called Triple George and usually you can find a resturant.com certif for there.
Since I live here I think the strip is over done. I do think if you did the strip one night and freemont one night you'd like it. Some of everything ya know.
There's some zip lines at Freemont or if you're renting a car and sight seeing go see the Dam/Bypass Bridge/ Lake Mead, Valley of Fire, Red Rock etc.
It's Vegas so you'll have fun.0 -
Red Carpet VIP. If you are looking for a grea time, great clubs and awesome food. They will plan it all out for you. My husband and I had a blast because of their great planning. Jeff, the owner, he OWNS Vegas!!! Everyone moves aside for him..No lines! Have a great time0

Olympic Garden, fun for everyone.0

Completely agree about O'Shea's. Plus if you like to gamble they have a $5 black jack table and we found the coolest dealers there too.0

I was there in Nov and he was still there doing his thing!!! Funny0

THUNDER DOWN UNDER, BABY!!! :blushing:0

Google: City Pass for Las Vegas.......for one price you can do many different things......cheaper than paying for entertainment individually..........
I love Fremont Street at night.......the light show is awesome.......
Don't waste your money on the Criss Angel magic show.............totally NOT worth it!!! We were very disappointed!!!
The celebrity wax museum is wonderful!
The top of the Stratosphere is fabulous!!!0 -
Take a night and go down to old vegas.... its dirty and old, but worth the bus ride... imo. Also don't miss out on Bobby's Flay's Mesa Grill at Casear's...
Oh.... and Marc Savard's hypnotism show.... awesome... be sure to volunteer.0 -
You can get coupons and flyers from representatives on the street for some of the classier joints.
hahahahahaha.....wait till you get a gander at these folks being referred to here.....
Cirque show "O" at the Bellagio....incredible show...pricey, but an incredible show. Mystere at Treasure Island IS a good show too. Ka was ok, but probably my least favorite of the cirque shows that I've been to there.
Have a WONDERFUL time....LOVE Vegas!!0 -
If you are going to gamble you will want to visit old town (yes that is what it's called) It is the old strip with the older hotels and casinos. They are still beautiful with lots of pretty lights but most importantly their table games are like $5 hands and the jackpots are still high.
You will definitely want to visit the strip. It has all the new casinos in a row. They are all so beautiful and have plenty of shows.
Since you are only going for a short time these are the main two places in Vegas where you will want to spend the most time. Have a blast!!0 -
Moonlight bunny ranch....just over the hump in parump
The green door
Little Darlings adult bookstore0 -
Any of the Cirque shows are good - tho they are a bit expensive. I love the Ranch (a steak restaurant) in Harrahs.0

Go to the Hoover Dam, it's less than an hour away by car. It's a must see.0

For a good dinner off strip, try this Brazilain steakhouse. http://www.texasdebrazil.com/
Freemont Street for watching all kinds of people, plus free acts up and down.
Rides - Stratosphere Bigshot is my favorite, along with the NY NY rollercoaster.
And yes, the Planet Hollywood gaming bar "The Pleasure Pit"0 -
Hey, have fun!!
I love Vegas... not much comments on food...
but, I have been to Viva Elvis (Aria), Beattles Love (Mirage) and Le Reve (Wynn) all spectacular. I wouldn't waste your money on Chris Angel (Luxor) or the Titanic Exhibit. Just my personal opinion.
We went on a limo ride - they bring you at night to all the different hotel attractions - Bellagio Fountains, Las Vegas sign, Mirage Volcano, Treasure Island Pirate show, and Fremont Street (which is awesome toO!!) We paid $240 for 3 hours - I have also done a cheaper version and it sucked.
outlet shopping is fun as well. I've been the Premium Outlets (the one outside).
Just walking the strip is fun too..
Night time - never been to a club, but the Dueling Pianos at NY NY rock (the ones at Harrah's not so much - older crowd)
Have fun!!!0 -
Cirque shows are GREAT! #1 on the list should be "LOVE", #2 "KA", # 3 "Mystere". If your into a racier show, check out hypnotist Anthony Cools at Paris. "Phantom of the Opera" is fabulous, too.0

The aquarium at Mandalay Bay is awesome and so is the shopping at the Venetian. I didn't get to do Madame Toussand's but it looked awesome. I was sad I missed out on that one. I've only been once so want to go back to do all the stuff I missed the last time.0

There's a great strip club called Seamless - the cover is kinda high, but get your cab driver to talk with the bouncer and the ladies should get in for cheap.... hottest women I've ever seen with their clothes off.
It's not on the strip.. I really have no idea where we were, but the cab drivers all seemed to know about it. Hope that helps!0
