I see this statement on my food log, but why does it seem to be getting higher everyday despite me never going above my calorie limit?

I've noticed the same... I never go over my calories, and I am exercising more and more ....

    Anybody know why it changes?
  • At a guess, it is assuming a certain level of activity that you aren't meeting, which means that your net difference between intake and burn isn't as great as it was expecting.
