Does anyone do Ferrell's Extreme Bodyshaping?

Just wondering if anyone else out there participates in Ferrell's Extreme Bodyshaping?? I though maybe we could create a forum and make mini challenges with each other??

    Just started FXB this week. So Far I like it, the workouts are tough but short. And there is no doubt that it will work when you feel it burn like that!
