My First NSV - chocolate!

So, it's kind of a silly thing, but I am a chocoholic, I have been for as long as I can remember.
Today at noon I had a big craving for it, so I broke myself off two squares of Lindt 70% dark chocolate and have been breaking myself off yummy tiny pieces throughout the afternoon...it's now 4PM and I still have 3/4 of a square left, and my craving is gone! That is HUGE for me. I literally don't even want anymore, I put it back into the package for another day, which is previously unheard of.

    Good Job. I find I will eat less if I buy the good, dark chocolate. A processed candy bar is less satisfying for me and I tend to eat the whole thing but with the rich, dark chocolate, I eat a little bit at a time and really enjoy it. Keep up the good work.
  • I have discovered skinny cow choc mint ice cream lollies- just for special occasions when cravings happen, usually at PMT time!
    only 94 calories each..
