Question about nuts for those of you who've found success al

I'm curious if there are people out there who've lost their desired weight and ate nuts every day? I've been eating an ounce a day (weighing them out, usually pistachios w/o shells or almonds). They're so high in fat but it's good fat so I figure as long as I staying within my daily fat allotment... it'll only help my weightloss because they keep me satisfied and full for so long. Any thougths?

    I eat at least 1/4 cup of almonds a day. I find they keep me full and as long as you count them its all good.

    That's what I figured. Nice to know someone else has had success while eating nuts everyday! :)

    i eat some sort of nuts or seeds every day - almonds, pistachios, walnuts, pecans, brazil nuts :) whatever i feel like. sunflower and pumpkin seeds get thrown in a lot too

    I eat nuts (usually almonds) or some type of seeds pretty much every single day.
