Anyone done the workouts from "the new rules of lifting"?

how far into it are you?! What do you or don't you like?!! I'm debating on buying it. Any success stories?! Pics?! Any info you have would be awesome!! :-)

I bought the book several years ago and went through about 6 months of the workouts, from there I've been through Power Training, Huge In A Hurry and Maximum Strength. This past fall I returned to NROL for a second time. Depending on what your goals are, fat loss, strength etc.... this book seems to address them. The workouts change about the time that you start to get bored with a routine.
I've seen results both times that I've been through them, in my opinion it's worth buying.0 -
I'm only on the first set of workouts and am doing it in conjunction with different workout DVDS, but so far I like it0
